Starting to look like Spring

Pere Marquette River fishing reports for Trout, Salmon, and Steelhead by Clint Anderson.

Hi All

I have been doing what I can to keep on the water a few days a week. Guide trips and renting rooms are thin. I sure hope when this smoke clears we can get back to normal quickly. So here are some pictures of some great fishermen and fisherwomen who AINT SCARED to get outside and have some fun ! I really appreciate all the people that are showing up to do there Spring trips and rooms. As long as your healthy, feeling well, why the heck not. Debi just went down to Grand Rapids to shop at Costco and Sams Club ? I told her not to go that direction S. they were wiped out after the fear buying panic. Unreal ?? So she is on the hunt for the things we need to operate and live a normal day in the life of March 2020 lol.. Thank you to Nate and his family for coming a long ways from Wi. for the 2 days on the river. Walt Grau and I gave them the full tour of the Flywater on a beautiful sunny day and Mid river the second day with a few nice clouds. Fishing was great catching was slow in the sun better in the clouds, what’s new ! Over the weekend friend Russ Maddin and Brook came to the PM for a day on the water. Brook is learning the many ways to fish in Michigan and has one of the best instructor’s in the state as a boyfriend. They are going to catch lots of fish together. Having fun you crazy kids..

We have lots of great days open for rooms and guided trips. If your in a good place health wise and not buying into all the fear and media hype. Rejoice the river awaits and all you have to do is call 231-745-6667 and get in on the action. Open days in March 18–22,25,26,28–30. If any of those work for you Thank You in advance.

Tight Lines

Clint
