When booking a guided trip, a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard) will be required to hold your dates and a non-refundable $200.00 per day fee will be assessed at time of reservation. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit but assume no additional charges. Cancellations made within 30 -14 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the deposit and pay an additional 50% of the remaining cost of the trip. Lastly, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the trip will forfeit the full cost of the trip.

Should there be adverse weather or river conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will also reschedule your trip at a time that is equally convenient.
